Our parks have been attending Cincinnati Pride for three years. The first year, the interpreters were asked to bring live animals and some kind of activity. I created this matching game of “queer” behaviors in non-human animals. The activity has been updated each year and is always very well received.
I extended this activity into a program in 2025. More information on that to come! Big shout out to the book “Queer Ducks” by Eliot Schrefer for the inspiration.
